At HandStitch Leather, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — whether for a similar product or a different style.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a smooth return process.
  • Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 48–72 hours.
  • Refunds typically take 3–4 business days to appear in your original payment method (depending on your bank or provider).

Important Information on Custom Orders & Special Sizes

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or personalized jackets
  • Bespoke leather products
  • Special size orders (such as made-to-measure or extended sizes)

These products are made to order and crafted specifically for you, so they fall outside our standard return policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We’ll provide a free return shipping label and ensure the issue is resolved promptly with a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

  • For orders delivered outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds for international orders will be issued excluding the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Clearly mark all return packages as “Returned Goods” on the outer packaging and customs forms to avoid unnecessary import duties, VAT, or handling fees.
  • Failure to do so may result in deductions from your refund amount.
  • If a buyer refuses delivery due to customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund total.
